About the role
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and upgrades to the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and their associated controls. This includes air-handling equipment; exhaust fans, variable-air-volume systems, furnaces, crematories, humidifiers and air filtration equipment. Also included is the associated control systems for the equipment both digital and pneumatic.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC training required.
- Three (3) years job‑related experience in residential or industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical trades required.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operation of tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
- Universal Refrigeration License and EPA certification preferred.
- CPR certification and First Aide training preferred.
- Industrial HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration experience preferred.
