HVAC Mechanic

About the role

This position is located in Vienna, VA, and requires the candidate to live within 45 minutes of the location. The work schedule is onsite, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees mechanical operations
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration

Requirements

• VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License
• Commercial HVAC experience
• 7+ years of HVAC experience
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill, and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC
• Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance
• Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes

Pay

Open to W2 Contractors, with a pay rate of $41-56 per hour.

Schedule

This is a multiyear contract position.
