Maine Medical Center is seeking an HVAC Mechanic to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in first-class operating condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship and/or post-secondary education with courses in air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical wiring and controls, plumbing, blueprint reading, and/or boiler operation preferred.
- State License as a Boiler Operator, 3rd or 4th Class and/or Stationary Steam Engineer within one year of start date required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Three years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or related field required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $27.27 to $36.88 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
