About the role
Responsible for overseeing HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Train and supervise HVAC technicians.
- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC system design and installation.
- Experience with HVAC commissioning and testing.
- Knowledge of sustainable HVAC practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
