About the role

The HVAC Install Manager at Fire & Ice is responsible for overseeing installation teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality HVAC system installations. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Possess technical expertise in HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.
• Stay current with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Oversee the entire installation process, from initial site assessments to final inspections.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise, train, and mentor installation teams, ensuring technicians have the necessary tools, knowledge, and guidance.
• Uphold Fire & Ice’s commitment to excellence by ensuring every installation meets both company standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct inspections and verify the quality of work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations, and local codes.
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Pay

Bonus compensation based on team performance. Industry-leading salary range: USD $60,000.00/Yr. to USD $90,000.00/Yr.
