About the role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Columbia, SC. Our company is a family-owned business that has been serving the community for over 20 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement installations from start to finish.
- Train and support installation helpers or apprentices.
- Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation.
- Answer customer questions and explain installed products and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project.
- Report to the shop each morning, clock in using ServiceTitan, and prepare for scheduled installations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Previous lead installer experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Experience training or mentoring installation helpers.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- Must have basic HVAC hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Qualifications
