Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects
• Complete heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings
• Maintain systems at maximum efficiency and performance
• Document job details accurately, including materials, time, and work completed
• Work independently while adhering to company quality standards
• Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Able to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 required
