Job Overview

Salary/Pay Rate: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour (Plus Performance Bonuses and Incentive Pay).

Location: Lincroft, NJ.

Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of verified hands-on experience specializing in residential HVAC mechanical installations.
• Active, non-expired EPA 608 Certification required to handle and manage regulated environmental compounds.
• Valid driver's license maintained with a demonstrated history of safe, responsible personal vehicle operation.
• Solid functional understanding of core residential HVAC principles, thermal equipment, and manual hand tools.
• Uncompromised personal dependability paired with a punctual approach to daily field project dispatches.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completed technical degree in HVAC technology or a recognized vocational mechanical trade apprenticeship.
• Practical field experience installing modern high-efficiency heat pumps, multi-zone systems, or ductless mini-splits.
• Completed safety milestones including an active OSHA 10 card or specialized residential safety credentials.

How You Will Make An Impact

Aid with the structural placement and assembly of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

Enforce rigorous compliance with regional mechanical building codes and company installation standards under leadership supervision.

Manage jobsite logistics by systematically loading, staging, and inventorying complex mechanical components and specialized tooling.

Maintain an immaculate, highly organized field layout and service vehicle environment to preserve operational safety.

Conduct precise system testing prep alongside lead installers to verify secure refrigeration, gas, and airflow lines.

Navigate dedicated company transport vehicles safely to and from various residential regional project accounts.

Collaborate transparently with field crew members to beat delivery timelines and maximize client satisfaction metrics.
