Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician
- Must be familiar with Diagnosis and Repair of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats and zone controls, etc.
- Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
- Must have or be able to quickly obtain EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants (we offer in-house course prep and proctoring of Exam)
- Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Pay
Capable and productive HVAC Maintenance Technicians earn $28.47 - $39.49+/hr! Performance-based pay — capable and productive Technicians earn $28-38/hr or more. Weekly performance bonus. Supplemental pay includes bonus pay and commission pay.
Schedule
Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, On call, Overtime, Weekend availability.
