HVAC Maintenance Technician - Solaire

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC Expertise: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems, including replacing components and properly handling refrigerants.
• General Maintenance: Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing leaks) and electrical systems (replacing fixtures, switches, and ballasts).
• Resident Service: Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Property Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections of buildings and mechanical equipment, making proactive repairs and preparing apartment units for new residents.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: Valid HVAC Certification, EPA Universal Certification
• Required Experience & Skills: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies, advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, strong skills in general maintenance, including plumbing and electrical, physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
