HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, Level IV Role And Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on air handlers, cold rooms, and freezer systems.Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, GMP guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.Maintain detailed electronic and written documentation using TrackWise system to meet GMP standards.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to sustain equipment operational status.Participate in on-call rotations to support continuous system operation.Perform daily inspections and assist in maintaining complex mechanical systems and laboratory equipment.Maintain current training on all relevant job aspects. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance.Proficiency with hand tools, shop math, and reading mechanical drawings.Basic computer skills and ability to follow SOPs consistently.Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.
