HVAC Maintenance Technician
About the Role
Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated franchise representing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mister Sparky Electric. We have been serving the Twin Cities Metro area since 1990. Due to continued growth, we are adding Maintenance Technicians to our team. One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, and we service over 6,000 loyal club members annually. We are a nationally recognized brand supported by corporate marketing, the best warranties, and a robust code of ethics.

Requirements
- Preferably 1+ year as a maintenance technician or apprentice
- Ability to run maintenance calls
- Mechanically inclined (a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and being a team player (a must)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Boiler experience (helpful)
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
