What Will I Do?

  • Preventative Maintenance & Tuning
  • Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections on HVAC systems
  • Clean and service critical components
  • Check and adjust refrigerant levels
  • Inspect and clean burner assemblies and heat exchangers
  • Test all safety controls, limit switches, and thermostats
  • Lubricate motors and bearings; inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  • Filtration and Air Quality
  • Replace or clean air filters
  • Inspect ductwork for leaks, obstructions, or insulation issues
  • Clear and treat primary and secondary condensate drain lines
  • Check and calibrate humidifiers and air purification systems
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Complete a detailed digital maintenance checklist
  • Note system vitals (static pressure, temperature rise/drop, amp draws)
  • Document any potential issues found during the visit
  • Customer Consultation & Sales
  • Explain the benefits of regular maintenance
  • Offer service agreement renewals
  • Identify and recommend proactive repairs
  • Educate customers on proper thermostat programming and basic system operation
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and job site
  • Adhere to all safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
  • EPA and/or RMGA certification required (NATE certification is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
