• Proven experience in the HVAC service trade for residential homes

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical demands:
  • Stand/sit – must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing

Pay

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $100 k to $200 k annually. The actual base pay depends on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additional rewards may include incentive‑plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
