Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, interacting professionally with clients, adhering to safety standards, and documenting services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems in top condition
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED; relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship completed
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity

Pay Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 USD
