The primary responsibilities include:
- Visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems.
- Identifying and isolating problems in HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills to explain repairs, replacements, or installations and their necessity.
- Upselling customers on preventative maintenance plans and indoor air quality products and services.
