HVAC Maintenance Technician

About the role

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems using diagnostic tools.
• Install new HVAC components as needed.
• Communicate with building management and tenants regarding HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
