About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Duties include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC units
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with building management and other technicians

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Passing a background check

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
