HVAC Maintenance Tech

Position Description

Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
Prepare apartments for new residents, make readys, and punch list
Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
Provide top-notch customer service to our residents

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools

Essential Functions

• Regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
• The ability to operate equipment
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
