We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. No filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro about Riverview Gardens School District (culture, mission). That's "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe about the position. But we can treat the introductory paragraph as "About the role" or maybe "About the district". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include sections that have content. We need to extract: - Position Summary: description of role: HVAC Technician reports to Director of Facilities, manual work, providing HVAC services, etc. That's about the role. - Essential Functions: list of duties (troubleshoot, repair, coordinate, diagnose, install, maintain, meet contractors, order equipment/supplies, prepare documentation, repair items, request equipment/supplies, respond to emergencies, transport items, perform preventive maintenance, perform other duties as assigned). That's responsibilities. - Marginal Functions: Adjust temperature in buildings as required; Maintain awareness of new technology applicable to the field. Could be responsibilities or maybe "Additional duties". Could be part of responsibilities. - Education And Experience: Graduation from a general or technical high school, and/or an Associate degree preferred; Possession of Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate License and a minimum of six years of Journeyman level HVAC experience; Electrical abilities up to 480 volts; Successful completion of a background check by Human Resources. That's qualifications/requirements. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of knowledge and skills: design techniques, materials, methods, tools, equipment, electric circuit boards, ability to work with numbers, knowledge of standard practices, hazards and safety, ability to work from blueprints, etc. That's skills. - Physical Requirements: list: must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle, valid driver's license, sitting, standing, etc., clarity of vision, medium work, physical strength, light work. That's maybe "Requirements" or could be its own section but we only have predefined headings; we could put under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably "Requirements" includes education, experience, physical requirements. - Working Conditions And Environment: work inside/outside, must withstand extreme temperatures, potentially hazardous environments. Could be part of "Working Conditions" but not in list; maybe we can include under "Requirements" or "Skills"? Probably we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, but we should only use those headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those exact headings when applicable. So we should map content to those headings. If something doesn't fit, we could incorporate into nearest. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info besides "Term Of Employment Year: 12 Month Salary: Scale 2 Range on the District Maintenance Salary Schedule". That gives some pay info: Salary Scale 2 Range on district maintenance salary schedule. That's specific enough to include a Pay section. No schedule info (like hours) not given besides maybe "work may require after hours, evening, weekends or holidays". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: not mentioned. So we should not include Benefits section. Thus sections: About the role (position summary/intro), Responsibilities (essential functions + marginal functions), Requirements (education/experience, physical requirements, working conditions), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Pay (salary scale), Schedule (work hours, after hours, etc.). We need to avoid duplication. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details. About the role: Could combine the introductory paragraph about district and position summary. But the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role section with description of the role and district context. Let's craft:
