HVAC Lead Service Technician

Pay
$25-$35/hr base + industry-leading commissions. $2500 sign-on bonus + free tool (specific tools only; pre-approved list with items valued up to $1000). Uncapped commission bonuses.
Schedule
Full-time | 8-10 hour shifts | No on-call | Late shifts & overtime available.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues
- Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance
- Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
- Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and workspace
- Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
- Own high-quality tools and know how to use them
- Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer
- Must pass drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and use of HVAC tools and equipment
- Work safely in environments exposed to heat, dust, noise, and mechanical hazards
