Responsible for leading HVAC service teams in providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC service teams
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable in local building codes and regulations
