HVAC Lead Installer III

Job Duties

• Install advanced HVAC systems and related components correctly and in a timely manner with a helper
• Lead and manage multiple crew installs with a wide degree of creative design
• Work safely following company policies
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management
• Provide training to helpers and prospective leads
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Take all readings on a machine and understand their importance
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Take on any other assigned duties as directed by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA Certification required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a lead installer

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs
• Tolerate extreme temperatures in cold and heat
• Work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
• Continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Pay

$40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
