As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company requirements
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean job site
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading installation crews and mentoring team members
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Pay

Pay range: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour.
