HVAC Lead Installer

Position Overview

Locally owned and operated by an HVAC professional who has worked in the field and still understands what it takes on the job every day. We are hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to run residential and light commercial installs.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Voluntary weekend work opportunities as needed

What You’ll Do

• Lead HVAC installations start to finish
• Run jobs and guide helpers
• Install full systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, ductless)
• Water heater installation
• Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers
• Ensure quality, safety, and clean workmanship

Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$45 - $60 per hour
