Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for van driving purposes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for installations and repairs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills to diagnose system issues accurately.
- Knowledge of boiler systems is a plus.
