Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini‑split systems
- Work with residential ductwork, airflow, and system installation
- Lead installation crews and maintain high‑quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide five‑star service
- Uphold safety standards and professionalism on every job
Requirements
- Strong experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini‑split systems
- Knowledge of residential ductwork, airflow, and system installation
- Ability to lead installation crews and maintain high‑quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and five‑star customer experiences
- Valid driver's license and applicable Washington State certifications

Pay
Pay range: $100,000 USD – $200,000 USD (some of the most competitive HVAC installer compensation in the Seattle market).
