Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini‑split systems
- Apply knowledge of residential ductwork, airflow, and system installation
- Lead installation crews and maintain high‑quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide five‑star service
- Uphold safety standards and professionalism on every job
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Applicable Washington State certifications for HVAC work
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC equipment

Pay
Pay range: $100,000 USD – $200,000 USD per year.
