HVAC Lead Installer
About the role
Comfort Systems of Montana is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional HVAC services to both commercial and residential clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision.
- Meticulously plan and execute installations, including ductwork and mechanical components, as well as smart home automation systems.
- Supervise and train 1-2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with strong communication skills.
- Ensure effective team collaboration and project success through clear, concise dialogue.
- Utilize analytical skills to quickly address challenges and make informed decisions, being open to seeking assistance when needed.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and technology advancements, and obtain necessary certifications such as EPA and NATE.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the installation process.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
