About the role

The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for supervising and training new HVAC installers, ensuring project quality and safety standards are met, and managing the day-to-day operations of the installation team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train new HVAC installers
• Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the installation team
• Coordinate with customers to provide excellent customer service
• Oversee the installation process from start to finish

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques
• Experience with safety protocols and certifications preferred

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of 35 - 50 USD per hour based on experience and qualifications.
