Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve project outcomes
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Prepare project estimates and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
