Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (CT D2, CT S2, EPA Certification).
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated attitude.

Pay

Competitive Compensation: Our technicians can earn up to $100,000.00 per year with a base salary and bonus program. Top candidates could be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3000.

Schedule

Consistent and flexible scheduling options available, ranging from a 9-5 to 4-10 with flexible days of the week.
