HVAC Lead Installation Technician

About the role

Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products
• Mentor and train apprentice and junior installers
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
• Deliver the “Always On Time… Or You Don’t Pay a Dime!®” customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• Sheet Metal Fabrication
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Strong troubleshooting and installation knowledge
• Experience leading installation crews
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and best practices
