About the role

Our HVAC Lead Installation Technicians install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems
• Solve technical problems on-site
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
