About the role
We are looking for an HVAC Install expert who is passionate about problem solving and customer service to join our team as an HVAC Lead Installation Technician. Our technicians go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated

Schedule
Choose your shift, with no on-call and no mandatory weekends. Flexible scheduling options, including 9-5 and 4-10's with flexible days of the week.
