About the role
Our HVAC Lead Installation Technicians install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
Pay
- Up to $40/hour base pay
- Bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service
- Potential to earn up to $100,000 per year with base salary and bonuses
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for top candidates
Schedule
- Full-time, year-round positions
- Flexible scheduling options including 9-5 or 4-10 shifts with flexible days of the week
- No on-call requirements
- No mandatory weekends

Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Install Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated
