Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Oversee team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to less experienced installers
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in HVAC or related field

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC systems and installation techniques
• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
