HVAC Instructor - FULL-TIME

About the role

Northbridge University is seeking a FULL-TIME HVAC Instructor to join our dynamic team. Our campuses are expanding, and we're looking for passionate educators to help shape the future of our students.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging courses in the HVAC trade curriculum
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop curriculum and instructional strategies
• Provide academic and career counseling to students
• Attend and participate in program Curriculum and Assessment committees
• Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing, and effective classroom environment

Requirements

• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
• Technical Degree or Diploma and minimum of 1 year of related work experience in field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience

Qualifications

• Official academic transcripts of all degrees are required
• Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, and familiarity with information systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
