Responsibilities
- Aid in residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Load, transport, and organize tools and materials
- Help install equipment, ductwork, and system components
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Work with experienced installers to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Valid driver's license
