Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer

About the role

Lanz Heating & Cooling of Champaign, IL is seeking full-time Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner while installing quality residential heating and cooling systems. In this position, you will be closely working with other installers to ensure that jobs are done to meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with other installers to ensure jobs meet company standards and exceed customer expectations
• Diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner
• Install quality residential heating and cooling systems

Qualifications

• Relevant construction background/experience
• Able to use hand tools correctly
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable performing the physical demands of the job
