Entry-Level HVAC Installer

About the role
You will work side-by-side with experienced HVAC installers, gaining hands-on experience in heating and air conditioning system installations. Your day will include assisting with ductwork, transferring tools and materials, prepping job sites, and ensuring projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with heating and air conditioning system installations
- Help with ductwork and job site preparation
- Transfer tools and materials to and from job sites
- Support experienced installers to ensure projects run smoothly
Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn heating, air conditioning, and IAQ equipment and system designs
- Positive attitude with a willingness to treat customers with respect
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience

Pay
$18-$22/hour
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours between 7 AM and 4 PM. All employees report to a central location before heading out to their job site or service area.
