Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning/heat pump systems.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper installation of HVAC systems according to specifications.
- Perform plumbing tasks as needed for system installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Ability to plumb and build components as required for system installations.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Schedule

Work Location
- Onsite residential and commercial service calls
- Based locally (service area determined by company dispatch)
- Daily travel within the service area using company vehicle
