Responsibilities
- Installing various HVAC components such as furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, and duct systems (both sheet metal and flex duct)
- Connecting low and line voltage wiring to heating and cooling equipment
- Understanding of HVAC principles, ability to use hand and power tools, and knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems
- Adhering to strict safety protocols when working with power tools, in confined spaces, at heights, and with electrical components
- Consistently maintaining a neat work area and inspecting that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
- Communicating with clients to explain the work being done and answer questions
- Completing necessary documentation, including work orders, installation checklist, material requests, and reports on system performance
- Maintaining the company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry (3-5 years)
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Clean driving record

- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and work in various environmental conditions
