Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential HVAC installations
- Maintain professional communication and customer service
- Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites organized
- Document work accurately
- Collaborate with team members
- Follow HVAC codes, standards, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC install experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Able to safely use and maintain HVAC tools
- Able to pass drug, background, and MVR checks
- EPA Certification a plus
