HVAC Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of HVAC equipment, gas piping, flex and sheet metal duct systems, copper refrigerant lines, and wiring to both low and line voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
• Brazing and soldering of copper refrigerant lines with precision and care.
• Manage inventory on company vehicles, ensuring all parts are stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with company representatives, adhering to builders schedules and providing clear explanations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately at the end of each day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with no major driving infractions for 4+ years.
• Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and overtime as needed.
