Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Sheet metal experience is a plus
Requirements
- Completes installation paperwork in a neat, timely, and accurate manner
- Uses drop cloths to protect client’s floors
- Maintains a neat work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Assists the Lead Installer with meeting production levels
- Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out
