What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)
- Follow manufacturer specs & safety standards
- Work independently & with a team
- Communicate with homeowners professionally
- Identify IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) upgrade opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ year HVAC experience (installation or service)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools & installation processes
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
