HVAC Install Technician Assistant

About the role

Responsible for assisting HVAC installers in completing installation tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of HVAC equipment
• Help with the installation and removal of HVAC components
• Support the team in ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong physical condition to handle heavy lifting and climbing
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
