About the role
Responsible for assisting in HVAC installations, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and installation of HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic technical support
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina for manual labor
