HVAC Install Technician Assistant

About the role

Responsible for assisting in HVAC installations, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Participate in pre-installation inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn and perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support in maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
